Short term residential care
For many years Furuhöjden has had an agreement with a number of municipalities in Stockholm County to provide short term residential care. A supportive care administrator in your municipality will decide if you or your relative will be referred to us.
At the time of admission the team will find out what the guest´s wishes, routines/habits and needs are and these will form the basis of the guest´s care plan during his or her stay with us. The care plan will state the activities and interventions you need to make your stay with us as beneficial as possible. You will be given a weekly schedule so that you know what is planned during your stay. You will have a contact person who will regularly follow up and assess your care plan with you so that it always feels just right for your needs.
